摘 要:针对深部复合顶板巷道围岩易发生冒顶、大变形、难支护等问题,以王庄煤矿3201轨道顺槽为研究对象,通过顶板钻孔窥视,得出深部复合顶板巷道围岩变形破坏特征及支护原理,根据预应力桁架锚索的优越性,提出“顶帮双锚索桁架”支护技术。数值模拟表明,该技术可提高复合顶板巷道围岩的整体承载能力。现场试验结果得出,采用“顶帮双锚索桁架”支护技术后,巷道顶底板、两帮最大变形量分别为102.5 mm、55.1 mm,顶板最大离层量为20.2 mm,有效控制了深部复合顶板巷道围岩的稳定性。Aiming at the problems of roof fall,large deformation and difficult support in the surrounding rock of deep composite roof roadway,No.3201 track crossheading of Wangzhuang Mine was taken as the research object,through the roof drilling peep,the deformation and failure characteristics and support principle of the surrounding rock of deep composite roof roadway were obtained.According to the superiority of prestressed truss anchor cable,the support technology of'double anchor cable truss of top and side'was put forward.The numerical simulation showed that the technology could improve the overall bearing capacity of the surrounding rock of the composite roof roadway.The field test results showed that the maximum deformation of the roof,floor and two sides of the roadway was 102.5 mm and 55.1 mm respectively,and the maximum separation of the roof was 20.2 mm after the support technology of'double anchor cable truss'was adopted,which effectively controlled the stability of the surrounding rock of the deep composite roof roadway.
