摘 要:针对甜菜碱的化学合成法进行了探讨,考察了反应物中氯乙酸和氢氧化钠及三甲胺的投料比、反应温度和反应时间对产品含量及收率的影响,确定最佳反应条件为:n(氯乙酸)∶n(氢氧化钠)∶n(三甲胺)=1∶1.05∶1.1,室温20~25℃滴加,滴加完毕保温60 min,继续升温至50~55℃保温60 min,再次升温至70~75℃,保温60 min。反应制备的混合液经电渗析膜除盐方式,实现了甜菜碱和氯化钠的分离;脱盐后母液经浓缩、抽滤、烘干得产品甜菜碱,经检测含量达99.2%,氯离子含量低于0.2%,达到饲料级甜菜碱I型标准,收率达91.8%,远远优于传统分离方式,设备投资少,经济环保,同时避免了大量废液的产生。The chemical synthesis method of betaine,and investigates the effects of the feed ratio of chloroacetic acid,sodium hydroxide,and trimethylamine in the reactants,reaction temperature and time on the product content and yield were explored.The optimal reaction conditions were determined to be:n(chloroacetic acid)∶n(sodium hydroxide)∶n(trimethylamine)=1∶1.05∶1.1,dropped at room temperature of 20~25℃,kept for 60 minutes after dripping,continued to be heated to 50~55℃for 60 minutes,and then heated again to 70~75℃for 60 minutes.The mixed solution prepared by the reaction was desalination by electrodialysis membrane,achieving the separation of betaine and sodium chloride;After desalination,the mother liquor is concentrated,filtered,and dried to obtain the product betaine.After testing,the content reaches 99.2%,and the chloride ion content is less than 0.2%,meeting the feed grade betaine type I standard with a yield of 91.8%.It is far superior to traditional separation methods,with less equipment investment,economic and environmental protection,while avoiding the generation of a large amount of waste liquid.
