摘  要:通过对双氧水萃取塔萃取原理的研究,分析了影响萃取塔运行的因素,包括萃取比、工作液组成、氧化液酸度、萃取塔温度、萃取水酸度、塔顶界位、萃取浓度、萃余等,从而确定了萃取塔各项工艺参数控制范围,减少萃取塔积料现象发生,确保装置安全平稳运行。The working principle of extraction column in hydrogen peroxide production was introduced.Factors affecting the operation of extraction column were analyzed,including extraction ratio,composition of working solution,acidity of oxidant solution,extraction tower temperature,acidity of extraction water,column top interface,extraction concentration,extraction raffinate,etc.The control range of various process parameters of the extraction tower was determined.As a result,flooding in extraction column was reduced,and the hydrogen peroxide unit can operate safely and stably.
