大跨径多孔钢波纹板拱涵施工过程受力与变形研究

摘  要:当前采用混凝土-钢波纹板叠合梁(简称“加强圈”)加强的大跨径多孔钢波纹板拱涵在实际工程中得到初步应用,但其施工过程中的变形受力特征未见深入研究。文章结合某4孔跨度9 m钢波纹板拱涵原位试验,监测加强圈和钢波纹板的力学行为,建立精细化有限元模型,对比结构不同断面的受力变形特性,研究加强圈对结构的影响。结果表明:1)不同拱跨与有无加强圈均对拱涵位移影响较小;2)在拱顶回填中,边跨钢波纹板和钢筋的应力均大于中跨对应位置,最大差值分别为47.26 MPa和49.75 MPa;3)加强圈能显著减小钢波纹板应力,约为其设计强度的10%。At present,the large-span porous steel corrugated plate arch culvert reinforced with composite beams of concrete steel corrugated plate(referred to as"concrete ring")has been preliminarily applied in actual projects.However,the force and deformation characteristics in the construction process have not been studied in depth.This paper combines the in-situ test of a 9 m span steel corrugated plate arch culvert with 4 holes to monitor the mechanical behaviour of the concrete ring and the steel corrugated plate,establish a refined finite element model,compare the force and deformation characteristics of the structure in different sections,and study the influence of the concrete ring on the structure.The results show that:1)different arch spans and the presence or absence of the concrete ring have little effect on the deformation of arch culverts;2)in the backfilling of the arch,the stress of the steel corrugated plate and rebar of the side span are greater than the corresponding position of the middle span,and the maximum difference is 47.26 MPa and 49.75 MPa,respectively;3)the concrete ring can significantly reduce the stress of the steel corrugated plate,which is about 10%of its design strength.
