摘 要:针对国内首艘双耳轴绞吸挖泥船“天鲲号”无法在施工现场独立完成上下耳轴切换整套工序的问题,对影响现场切换的上下吸口管路及维修平台2个关键部件进行改型设计,旨在提升桥架位置切换整套工序速度及便捷性。文章在原船结构基础上提出的改型设计方案,利用桥架转动带动专用斜形短管,实现水线以下管路联通,利用液压缸驱动维修平台整体升降,实现维修平台与桥架位置匹配,并采用室内模型试验及有限元模拟等手段分析验证改型设计的有效性及可靠性。结果表明,改型管路装置可有效对中及密封,改型维修平台结构形式合理,强度及刚度满足使用要求,不仅为“天鲲号”等现有双耳轴绞吸挖泥船的改进提供了有效方案,也可为未来新船设计提供参考。Regarding the issue of the first domestic double trunnions cutter suction dredger"TianKun"not being able to independently complete the entire process of switching the upper and lower trunnions on the construction location,the two key components of the upper and lower suction pipelines and maintenance platform that affect on-site switching have been retrofit designed to improve the speed and convenience of the whole process of ladder position switching.A retrofit design scheme was proposed based on the original ship structure,which uses the rotation of the ladder to drive specialized diagonal short pipes to realize pipeline connection below the waterline,and uses hydraulic cylinders to drive the overall lifting of the maintenance platform to realize the location matching between the maintenance platform and the ladder,and the effectiveness and reliability of the redesigned components are analyzed and verified through indoor model tests and finite element simulations.The results show that the redesigned pipeline device can effectively center and seal,the redesigned maintenance platform structure is reasonable,and the strength and stiffness meet the requirements for use,which provides an effective solution for the improvement of double trunnions cutter suction dredgers such as"TianKun",and can also provide a reference for future new ship design.
