摘　　要：船舶上的部分封闭小空间,由于各种原因导致存在多种风险,容易造成船上人员窒息中毒死亡。从单位落实主体责任、船员落实职责任务、海事落实监督责任等方面提出管理建议,推动进入封闭处所风险治理模式向事前预防转型。Multiple risks exist in some small enclosed spaces on board ships due to various causes,which may lead to suffocation,poisoning,or even death of those on board.This paper provides management suggestions from the aspects of implementing the main responsibility of the entity,the duties and tasks of seafarers,and the supervision responsibilities of the maritime administration,aiming at promoting the transformation of the risk control mode for the entry into enclosed spaces to prevention in advance.
