摘　　要：通过海事执法过程中发现的风险来源,从加强行业管理部门监管等角度,提出散杂货船载运车辆运输海事监管对策,为有效化解散杂货船载运车辆运输风险提供借鉴。Based on the sources of risks identified during the law enforcement by the maritime administration,this article proposes maritime supervision measures for the vehicle transportation by bulk cargo ships from the perspective of strengthening the supervision by management departments,and provides reference for effectively reducing the risks of vehicle transportation by bulk cargo ships.
