BYKZ的引入对KNNT基压电陶瓷电性能的改善研究

摘  要:实验采用传统固相烧结法制备了新型陶瓷(1-x)K_(0.5)Na_(0.5)(Nb_(0.95)Ta_(0.05))O_(3-x)(Bi_(0.5)Yb_(0.5))_(0.95)K_(0.05)ZrO_(3)((1-x)KNNT-x BYKZ),通过XRD、SEM、EDS等仪器测试结果显示,BYKZ完全进入到KNN晶格中,形成了单一的钙钛矿结构,且在x=0.0时,陶瓷为O相;0.0<x≤0.03时,陶瓷为O-T相;0.03<x≤0.04时,陶瓷为R-O-T相;0.04<x≤0.05时,陶瓷为R相。性能测试显示,在x=0.04的多晶型相界(PPB)区,陶瓷性能最佳(d_(33)=289 pC/N,k_(p)=41.8%,ε_(r)=1217,tanδ=2.63%,P_(r)=31μC/cm^(2),E_(C)=23.85 kV/cm,and T_(C)=314℃)。The study prepares new type of ceramic with traditional solid-phase sintering method(1-x)K_(0.5)Na_(0.5)(Nb_(0.95)Ta_(0.05))O_(3)-x(Bi_(0.5)Yb_(0.5))_(0.95)K_(0.05)ZrO_(3)((1-x)KNNT-x BYKZ).The results of XRD,SEM,EDS and other instruments show that BYKZ completely enters the KNN lattice,and forms a single perovskite structure.When x=0.0,the ceramic is O phase;when 0.0<x≤0.03,the ceramic is O-T phase;when 0.03<x≤0.04,the ceramic is R-O-T phase;when 0.04<x≤0.05,the ceramic is R-phase.The performance test shows that the ceramics have the best performance in the polycrystalline phase boundary(PPB)region of x=0.04(d_(33)=289 pC/N,k_(p)=41.8%,εr=1217,tanδ=2.63%,P_(r)=31μC/cm 2,E_(C)=23.85 kV/cm,and T_(C)=314℃).
