摘 要:水垢积累会严重影响锅炉的安全及稳定运行,特别是金属表面与铜垢、铁垢沉积物之间存在电位差异,会引起金属局部腐蚀,容易造成金属穿孔或爆裂,是锅炉使用中严重的安全隐患,因此需定期对锅炉给水中的铜、铁含量进行检测分析。为了寻找一种快速测定锅炉给水中微量铜、铁含量的方法,应用二阶微分火焰发射光谱法测定锅炉给水中的铜、铁含量,在最优的试验条件下通过检出限、准确度、精密度和回收率测试,验证该方法的准确性、适用性和有效性,是一种简便、快速、高效的测定方法。The accumulation of scale will seriously affect the safety and stable operation of the boiler,especially the potential difference between the metal surface and the copper scale and iron scale deposits will cause local corrosion of the metal and metal perforation or explosion,which is a serious safety hazard in the use of the boiler.Therefore,it is necessary to detect and analyze the copper and iron content in boiler feed water regularly.In order to find a quick method for the determination of trace copper and iron content in boiler feed water,second-order differential flame emission spectrometry is applied to determine the content of copper and iron in boiler feed water.The accuracy,applicability and effectiveness of the method are verified by testing the detection limit,accuracy,precision and recovery rate under the optimal test conditions.It is a simple,rapid and efficient method.
