摘 要:脱氮硫杆菌是重要的菌种之一,在保护生态环境、治理硝酸盐废水中发挥着很大的作用。硝酸盐废水处理是环境保护重要的一环,脱氮硫杆菌是用来处理硝酸盐废水的主要微生物,在脱硫反硝化工程中发挥着积极作用。脱氮硫杆菌在缺氧条件下可使用外加电子供体作为还原剂,将硝酸盐还原为氮气。介绍了脱氮硫杆菌治理废水的机理,综述其在治理硝酸盐废水中的研究进展,分析了脱氮硫杆菌的特性、影响因素及在环保中的应用。未来,脱氮硫杆菌等硫杆菌属将在硫自养反硝化进程中发挥更大的作用,广泛应用于金属防腐和天然气脱硫等过程中。Thiobacillus denitriformis is one of the important strains.And it plays a great role in protecting the ecological environment and treating nitrate wastewater.Nitrate wastewater treatment is an important part of environmental protection.Thiobacillus denitriformis is the main microorganism used to treat nitrate wastewater,and it plays an active role in desulfurization and denitrification engineering.Thiobacillus denitriformis can use additional electron donors as reducing agents to reduce nitrate to nitrogen under hypoxic conditions.The study introduces the mechanism of thiobacillus denitriformis in wastewater treatment;reviews the research progress of thiobacillus denitriformis in nitrate wastewater treatment;and analyzes the characteristics,influencing factors and application in environmental protection.In the future,thiobacillus and other thiobacillus will play a greater role in the process of sulfur autotrophic denitrification.It will be widely used in metal corrosion protection and natural gas desulfurization.
