芳烃油用量对防护蜡的迁移及胎侧胶臭氧老化性能的影响

摘  要:研究了胎侧胶配方中芳烃油用量对防护蜡迁移量和迁移速度的影响,并分析了芳烃油用量对胎侧胶臭氧老化和屈挠疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,芳烃油有助于提高防护蜡在橡胶中的溶解度,使橡胶表面蜡的迁移量降低,芳烃油用量过低或过高均不利于胎侧胶的动态疲劳性能。芳烃油用量为3~5份时,由于强度、链的柔顺性和蜡的迁移量间的平衡而使胎侧胶具有较好的耐臭氧老化和耐屈挠疲劳性能。The influence of aromatic oil amount on the migration of wax was studied,and the ozone-aging and flex-fatigue resistance of sidewall were also discussed.The results showed the the aromatic oil increased the solubility of wax in rubber,which lowered the migration of wax to the surface of rubber.Neither higher nor lower aromatic oil amount was beneficial to the flex-fatigue resistance of sidewall composite.When the aromatic oil amount was 3 to 5 parts,the sidewall composite exhibited better flex-fatigue resistance due to good balance of the strength,flexibility of rubber chain and wax migration amount.
