摘  要:研究了过氧化物交联体系对氯丁橡胶(CR)硫化特性、物理机械性能以及CR与芳纶线绳黏合效果的影响。结果表明,过氧化物可以有效地交联CR,而且正硫化时间比传统的ZnO体系明显缩短,过氧化物交联CR的物理机械性能比ZnO体系更好,与芳纶线绳的黏合强度与ZnO体系相似。当过氧化物与ZnO配合使用时可明显提高CR与芳纶纤维之间黏合,黏合强度比ZnO体系提高20%。双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯(BIPB)和助交联剂可以明显改善CR与芳纶线绳的动态黏合性能。The effects of the peroxide cure systems on the cure characteristics,physical and mechanical properties of CR,and the adhesion between chloroprene rubber(CR)and aramid cords were systematically studied.The results showed that peroxides could effectively crosslink CR,and significantly reduced the optimal vulcanization time of CR compared to the traditional ZnO system.The physical and mechanical properties of CR cured by peroxide cure systems were superior to CR cured by ZnO system,while the adhesive strength between CR cure by peroxide and aramid cords was similar to CR cured by ZnO system.The combination of peroxides with ZnO enhanced the adhesion between CR and aramid fibers,with a 20%increase in adhesion strength compared to CR cured by ZnO system alone.The dynamic adhesion between CR and aramid ropes were significantly improved by using.
