摘 要:将改性钢渣代替部分炭黑用在轮胎内衬层胶料中,对其力学性能、气密性以及疲劳性能进行表征。结果表明,加入改性钢渣的内衬层胶料力学性能与纯炭黑补强胶料接近,气密性提高了16%,气密性能得到大幅度提升;通过ABAQUS和FE-SAFE对内衬层进行疲劳寿命预测,加入改性钢渣的内衬层胶料疲劳性能与纯炭黑配方相近,可以满足内衬层的使用需求。将钢渣应用在轮胎内衬层上可以降低生产成本,提高密封性能,减少轮胎企业对化石资源的依赖,帮助钢铁企业处理钢渣废料,具有广阔的应用前景。Modified steel slag was used to replace part of carbon black in the rubber compound of tire lining,and its mechanical properties,air tightness and fatigue properties were characterized.The results show that the mechanical properties of the lining compound with modified steel slag are close to those of the pure carbon black reinforced compound,and the air tightness has been improved by 16%,which is a substantial improvement in air tightness.The fatigue life of the lining was predicted by ABAQUS and FE-SAFE,and the fatigue properties of the lining compound with modified steel slag were similar to that of the pure carbon black formula,which could meet the needs of the lining.The application of steel slag in tire lining can reduce the production cost,improve the sealing performance,reduce the dependence of tire enterprises on fossil resources,and help steel enterprises to deal with steel slag waste,which has broad application prospects.
