摘  要:针对燃煤锅炉炉内燃烧监测采用锅炉蒸汽侧热量信号所固有的延迟问题,结合炉内燃烧辐射能信号可以及时反映炉内燃烧负荷变化的特性,提出基于辐射图像处理与光谱分析技术的炉内燃烧辐射能在线监测系统。通过火焰图像探测器获取炉内辐射图像,结合光谱仪对炉内辐射图像进行在线标定,使用炉内燃烧温度分布及辐射能信号在线监测软件实时捕捉炉内燃烧热辐射图像,获得炉内燃烧温度分布以及辐射能信号。通过在一台330MW火电机组燃煤锅炉上进行在线监测应用,并与机组实发功率进行对比分析,结果表明:在稳定工况和变负荷工况下,该系统获得的炉内燃烧辐射能信号均可及时反映炉内燃烧负荷的变化。In view of the inherent delay of boiler heat signal in boiler combustion monitoring and the characteristic that combustion radiant energy signal in boiler can reflect combustion load change in time,an on-line monitoring system for combustion radiant energy in boiler based on the technology of radiometric image processing and spectroscopic analysis was developed.A flame image detector was designed to acquire the radiation image of the furnace,combined with a spectrometer to calibrate the radiation image of the furnace online,and online monitoring software for the combustion temperature distribution and radiative energy signal of the furnace was developed to capture the thermal radiation image of the combustion in the furnace in real time,and to obtain the combustion temperature distribution as well as the radiative energy signal of the furnace.The on-line monitoring application on a 330 MW coal-fired power unit was carried out,and the comparison with the actual power of the unit was analyzed.The results show that the radiative energy signals obtained by the system from the combustion in the furnace can react in time or even ahead of the combustion load changes in the furnace,no matter in stable or variable load conditions.
