渐进性功能训练联合VSD对四肢开放创伤患者的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究渐进性功能训练联合封闭式负压吸引技术(VSD)对四肢开放创伤患者的影响。方法 选择2023年1月-2024年1月就诊于我院的80例四肢开放创伤患者,采用随机数字表法分为VSD组、联合组,各40例。VSD组给予VSD干预,联合组在VSD组的基础上采用渐进性功能训练。干预一个月后,对比两组患者四肢功能恢复时间、住院时间、帕金森病综合评分量表(UPDRS)Ⅱ、Ⅲ评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、并发症及满意度情况。结果 联合组四肢功能恢复时间、住院时间均短于VSD组,VAS评分、UPDRSⅡ、Ⅲ评分明显低于VSD组,并发症发生率降低而满意度升高(P<0.05)。结论 渐进性功能训练联合VSD在四肢开放创伤患者干预中的效果理想,可明显降低患者疼痛程度,促进患者快速康复,并提高患者睡眠质量。Objective To investigate the impact of progressive functional training combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)on patients with open limb trauma.Methods A total of 80 patients with open limb trauma who were admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a VSD group and a combined group,with 40 patients in each group.The VSD group received VSD intervention,while the combined group underwent progressive functional training on the basis of VSD intervention.After one month of intervention,the time of limb function recovery,length of hospital stay,Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)Part II and III scores,Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores,complications,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time of limb function recovery and length of hospital stay in the combined group were shorter than those in the VSD group.The VAS scores,UPDRS Part II and III scores in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the VSD group,with a lower incidence of complications and higher satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Progressive functional training combined with VSD shows ideal effects in the intervention of patients with open limb trauma,which can significantly reduce the degree of pain,promote rapid recovery,and improve sleep quality.
