摘 要:心血管疾病已成为我国首要的健康问题,给社会和经济带来严重负担。炎症反应在心血管疾病的发展中起到重要作用,炎症标记物不仅反映动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定程度,且是冠心病危险因素的重要预测指标。肾素血管紧张素反调控轴可抵消经典轴影响,起到保护心血管的作用。笔者参阅相关文献,就心血管疾病常见的炎症生物标记物:中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、平均血小板体积比(WMR)、骨桥蛋白(OPN)以及肾素血管紧张素系统反调控轴对心血管疾病的作用机制及治疗潜能进行综述。Cardiovascular diseases have become the primary health concern in our country,imposing a significant burden on both society and the economy.The inflammatory response plays a critical role in the progression of cardiovascular diseases,with inflammatory markers not only reflecting the stability of atherosclerotic plaques but also serving as important predictive indicators of coronary heart disease risk factors.The renin-angiotensin counter-regulatory axis can counterbalance the effects of the classical axis,thereby exerting a protective effect on the cardiovascular system.This paper,by reviewing relevant literature,provides an overview of common inflammatory biomarkers in cardiovascular diseases,such as the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),mean platelet volume ratio(WMR),osteopontin(OPN),and the renin-angiotensin system(RAS)with a focus on their mechanisms of action and therapeutic potential.
