摘　　要：文章旨在探寻小户型住宅室内空间的弹性设计策略,提升室内空间的利用率。通过对小户型住宅现状及问题的分析,从空间弹性、功能弹性、时间弹性三个维度出发,设计开放式空间、洄游型动线建立小户型住宅的空间弹性,运用空间功能复合和家具功能复合打造小户型住宅的功能弹性,利用通用型空间和可持续材料增强小户型住宅的时间弹性。以期为居住者创造更加舒适、便捷的生活环境,同时为小户型住宅室内设计的发展提供参考。The purpose of this paper is to explore the flexible design strategy of the interior space of small houses and improve the utilization rate of interior space.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of small family housing,the paper establishes the spatial elasticity of small houses by designing open space and migration type moving line from three dimensions of spatial elasticity,functional elasticity and time elasticity,uses spatial function composite and furniture function composite to create the functional elasticity of small houses,and uses universal space and sustainable materials to enhance the time elasticity of small houses.In order to create a more comfortable and convenient living environment for the occupants,and to provide reference for the development of small houses interior design.
