基于SAPAD框架的老年慢性病患者居家疗养服务系统设计研究

摘　　要：老年慢性病患者居家疗养生活存在诸多不便,文章从患者群体日常行为的角度出发,探求其背后真实的疗养需求,从而重组居家疗养功能服务模块,为构建老年慢性病患者居家疗养服务系统提供理论基础。在研究方法上主要运用SAPAD框架法,在居家疗养行为调研的基础上,进行“行为—物—意义”的映射,最终提取核心需求构建服务系统,从而提升老年慢性病患者的居家疗养体验。From the perspective of the daily behavior of the patient group,this paper explores the real recuperation needs behind it,so as to reorganize the functional service module of home recuperation and provide a theoretical basis for the construction of a home recuperation service system for elderly patients with chronic diseases.In terms of research methods,the SAPAD framework method is mainly used,and on the basis of the survey of home care behavior,the mapping of"behavior-object-meaning"is carried out,and finally the core needs are extracted to build a service system,so as to improve the home care experience of elderly patients with chronic diseases.
