摘 要:为进一步提升环境作用等级达Ⅲ-F的近海或海洋氯化物环境影响下结构物耐久性,研究疏水化合孔栓物及硅烷浸渍双重应用对海工混凝土耐久性的提升效果。通过掺加疏水化合孔栓物来改善海工混凝土的内在性能,采用硅烷浸渍涂层进一步对结构物表层进行防护。结果显示,添加疏水化合孔栓物可改善混凝土的工作性,延缓水化进程,减少大体积海工混凝土早期温度裂缝发生的可能且不影响其后期强度;疏水化合孔栓物及硅烷浸渍的双重应用较单一应用在海工混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能、碳化深度、吸水率等方面均显示出更优性能,可显著提升环境作用等级达Ⅲ-F的近海或海洋氯化物环境下海工混凝土结构物耐久性。To further enhance the durability of structures under nearshore or marine chloride environments with an environmental action grade ofⅢ-F,this study investigated the combined effect of the dual application of hydrophobic pore bound polymer and silane impregnation measures on the durability of marine concrete.The intrinsic properties of marine concrete was improved by adding hydrophobic pore bound polymer,and its surface was further protected by applying a silane impregnation coating.The results showed that adding hydrophobic pore bound polymer can improve the workability of concrete,delay the hydration process,reduce the possibility of early temperature cracks in large-volume marine concrete,and did not affect its later strength.Compared to a single application,the dual application of hydrophobic pore bound polymer and silane impregnation had shown a superior performance in terms of chloride ion penetration resistance,carbonation depth,water absorption rate,and other aspects of marine concrete.It can significantly improve the durability of marine concrete structures under nearshore or marine chloride environments with an environmental action grade ofⅢ-F.
