鼓励勤劳致富是扎实推进共同富裕的必由之路

摘　　要：党的二十大报告把共同富裕摆在更加重要的位置,明确“共同富裕是中国特色社会主义的本质要求”,不仅把“扎实推进共同富裕”作为“增进民生福祉,提高人民生活品质”的重要内容,而且将分配制度科学界定为“促进共同富裕的基础性制度”,提出了“鼓励勤劳致富”的改革举措和战略安排。在实现第一个百年奋斗目标基础上,通过鼓励勤劳致富扎实推进共同富裕,明确了新时代新征程接续实现全体人民共同富裕的路径安排,体现了对马克思主义财富观的守正创新,对马克思主义中国化时代化关于“实现什么样的共同富裕、怎样实现共同富裕”的科学回答,以及对吃“大锅饭”历史教训的清醒认识和深刻总结,进一步批判和纠正了关于共同富裕认识误区,是促进全体人民共同富裕的根本举措、客观要求和必然选择。The Report to the 2Oth CPC National Congress,while placing greater importance on common prosperity,makes clear that"common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics"."Solid progress in promoting common prosperity"is included as an important part of"improving people's well-being and improving the quality of life of the people",the system of distribution is scientifically defined as"the basic system for promoting common prosperity",and the reform measures and strategic arrangements that"encourage to achieve prosperity through hard work"are put forward.On the basis of the achievement of the first hundred-year goal,the path arrangement for achieving common prosperity for all people in the new era and new journey has been clarified through encouraging prosperity through hard work for solid progress in promoting common prosperity.This upholds fundamental principles and breaks new ground for the Marxist concept of wealth,scientifically answers"what kind of common prosperity to achieve and how to achieve common prosperity"in adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times,shows the sober understanding and profound summary of the historical lessons of"equal rewards despite the distinct individual contribution",and further criticize and correct the misunderstanding of common prosperity.All these are the fundamental initiative,objective requirement and inevitable choice to promote common prosperity for all people.
