国内双元创新的研究进展——基于关键词分析法与战略坐标法的文献计量分析

摘　　要：双元创新作为常规创新方式的补充,因能够帮助企业获取持续竞争优势而备受关注。然而,相关研究对其影响因素与作用机制缺乏系统和全面认识。以2008—2023年中国知网核心期刊文献为样本,依托CiteSpace软件,运用关键词分析法与战略坐标法进行文献计量。结果显示,双元创新研究近10年受到学者的广泛关注,但高校学者彼此之间合作不紧密;目前研究热点主要集中在双元创新、创新绩效和双元领导等方面,而价值创造未来有可能成为核心研究内容;国内比较侧重企业绩效、双元性、智能制造、组织双元和智力资本方面研究,而绿色创新和资源拼凑是未来的发展方向。Ambidextrous innovation,as a supplement to conventional innovation methods,has attracted much attention due to its ability to help enterprises gain sustained competitive advantages.However,relevant research lacks a systematic and comprehensive understanding of its influencing factors and mechanisms of action.Using the core journal literature of CNKI from 2008 to 2023 as a sample,relying on CiteSpace software,keyword analysis and strategic coordinate method were used for bibliometric analysis.The results show that ambidextrous innovation research has received extensive attention from scholars in the past 10 years,but university scholars do not cooperate closely with each other.The current research hotspots are mainly focused on ambidextrous innovation,innovation performance and ambidextrous leadership,and value creation is likely to become the core of the research in the future.Domestic research focuses on enterprise performance,duality,intelligent manufacturing,organizational duality,and intellectual capital,while green innovation and resource patchwork are the future development directions.
