摘　　要：四型机场是以“平安、绿色、智慧、人文”为核心,依靠科技进步、改革创新和协同共享,通过全过程、全要素、全方位优化,实现旅客出行便捷高效;随着居民生活品质的提升,出行的关注点也从方便快捷扩大到了舒适人性,而旅客满意度和体验感最直观的一个地方莫过于卫生间。卫生间建设不是小事情,是机场建设的重要方面。智慧环卫管理系统通过“互联网+公厕”思维,运用公厕大数据匹配不同场景如厕需求,引入爱心厕所,颠覆厕所“找不到、用不了、坐不下”的困局,解决了传统厕所服务过程中有关异味控制、节水节能、人性化服务等方面的问题,实现了对机场卫生间的精细化管理,能够为游客提供优质、高端、舒适的服务。The four types of airports are centered around“safety,green,smart,and humanistic”,relying on technological progress,reform and innovation,and collaborative sharing.Through full process,full element,and all-round optimization,convenient and efficient passenger travel are achieved.With the improvement of residents’quality of life,the focus of travel has expanded from convenience and speed to comfort and humanity,and the most intuitive aspect of passenger satisfaction and experience is undoubtedly the bathroom.Toilet construction is not a small matter,it is an important aspect of airport construction.Through the thinking of“Internet+public toilets”,the big data of public toilets was used to match the needs of different scenarios with the smart sanitation management system,love toilets were introduced.The dilemma of“unable to find,use,and sit down”toilets Is subverted,the problems are solved related to odor control,water conservation and energy conservation,and humanistic services in the process of traditional toilet services,the refined management of airport toilets is realized,and high-quality,high-end,and comfortable services can be provided for tourists.
