摘 要:以上海市嘉定区嘉亭荟城市生活广场一期与二期地下车库之间的地下连通道工程为背景,针对高敏感环境且无工作井接收条件下大断面矩形顶管法在城市地下联络通道工程中的应用进行了探讨,特别是在已运营建筑内进行顶管接收的关键技术。包括使用土压平衡式矩形顶管机、构建门形框架结构以连接接收端原结构外墙和围护结构、采用特殊的高压旋喷桩工艺进行肥槽加固,以及实施“弃壳”法进行顶管接收,此外还探究了如何处理预制管节与现浇段的连接节点,以保证顶管隧道的强度和止水性。结果表明,在复杂的城市环境中,大断面矩形顶管法在不影响接收端建筑正常运营的情况下可实现顶管的顺利接收。The application of large-section rectangular pipe jacking in urban underground liaison channel engineering was be discussed,especially the key technologies involved in receiving pipe jacking within operational buildings,based on the underground connection project between the first and second phase underground garages of Jiading District’s Jiatinghui City Life Plaza in Shanghai.The key technologies covered the use of earth pressure balance rectangular pipe jacking machines,constructing arch-frame structures to connect the external walls and protective structures of the receiving end,employing specialized high-pressure jet grouting processes for fat trench reinforcement,and implementing the“abandon shell”method for pipe reception.Additionally,how to handle the connection joints between prefabricated pipe sections and cast-in-place sections to ensure the strength and waterproofing of the tunnel walls was described.The result demonstrates that in complex urban environments,the large-section rectangular pipe jacking method can successfully receive pipes without affecting the normal operation of the receiving-end building.
