摘 要:针对某复杂环境条件下50 m高砖结构烟囱爆破拆除工况,设计人员采用理论分析方法确定烟囱爆破缺口参数,采用延时爆破开设定向窗、密集空孔代替定位窗的方式控制爆破方向,同时对爆破有害效应进行了估算。为验证爆破方案设计的合理性,设计人员采用数值仿真技术对烟囱倒塌过程进行仿真分析,在砖结构单元之间定义弹簧单元,以还原单元间的黏结滑移效果,仿真结果表明烟囱基本沿设计方向倒塌并出现筒体下坐和中部折断现象。现场爆破过程中,烟囱倒塌过程历时9.0 s,基本与仿真结果一致,触地解离完全,爆破有害效应均得到有效控制,为类似工程提供借鉴。Aiming at the demolition condition of a 50 m brick structure chimney under complex environment,designers use theoretical analysis method to determine the blasting notch parameters of the chimney,and use delay blasting to open directional window and adopt dense empty holes instead of positioning window to control the blasting direction.At the same time,the harmful effect of blasting is estimated.In order to verify the rationality of the blasting scheme,the designers use numerical simulation technology to simulate and analyze the collapse process of the chimney.The spring unit is defined among the brick structural units to restore the bond-slip effect between the units.The simulation results show that the chimney basically collapses along the design direction and the phenomenon of cylinder sitting down and middle breaking appears.In the on-site blasting process,the chimney collapse process lasts for 9.0 s,which is basically consistent with the simulation result.The touchdown dissociation is complete,and the harmful effects of blasting are effectively controlled,which provides a reference for similar projects.
