摘　　要：本文借助华中三省的农户调研数据,运用二元Probit模型、IV-Probit模型,分析了农户非农收入比例对其清洁炊事能源选择的影响。研究发现,农户非农收入占比的提高,显著促进了农户采用清洁炊事能源,而且农户的健康意识在这一转变过程中发挥了部分中介作用。进一步的异质性分析发现,农户家庭扶养负担对非农收入的影响存在负向调节效应。此外,对于使用清洁取暖能源的农户,非农收入占比对其清洁炊事能源选择的影响更为显著。由此,本文认为,政策制定者应该通过构建现代清洁能源体系、推广种养结合循环农业模式、拓宽农村劳动力就业渠道、普及农村基础医疗知识、完善农村养老和育幼支持体系等措施,来推进农村清洁能源转型。Based on the survey data of farmers in three provinces in Central China,this paper analyzes the influence of the proportion of non-agricultural income on the choice of clean cooking energy by using binary Probit model and IV-Probit model.The study found that the increase in the share of non-agricultural income in total income significantly promoted the adoption of clean cooking energy by farmers,and the health conscious of farmers played a partial mediating role in this transition.Further heterogeneity analysis shows that the impact of household dependency burden on non-agricultural income is negatively moderated.In addition,for farmers who use clean heating energy,the proportion of non-agricultural income has a more significant impact on their choice of clean cooking energy.Therefore,this paper believes that policy makers should promote the clean energy transformation in rural areas by building a modern clean energy system,promoting the circular agriculture model combined with planting and breeding,broadening the employment channels of rural labor,popularizing basic medical knowledge in rural areas,and improving the support system for elderly care and childcare in rural areas.
