摘　　要：腘动脉逆行穿刺是治疗股腘动脉闭塞患者的一条重要入路选择。腘动脉逆行穿刺需在X线或超声的引导下完成,两种引导方式适用于腘动脉不同的穿刺位置。本文就腘动脉逆行穿刺治疗下肢股腘动脉闭塞性病变的临床研究进展做一综述。Retrograde popliteal artery puncture is an important approach for patients with femoropopliteal artery occlusion.Retrograde popliteal artery puncture needs to be completed under the guidance of X-ray or ultrasound.The two guiding methods are applicable to different puncture positions of the popliteal artery.This article reviews the research progress of popliteal artery retrograde puncture in the treatment of superficial femoropopliteal artery occlusive lesions of lower limbs.
