摘 要:为了对勒通绵羊这一资源群体的遗传多样性进行评价,本试验选择位于绵羊染色体上的30个微卫星标记,采用毛细管凝胶电泳的方法进行等位基因的分型。结果表明,30个微卫星标记共有262个等位基因,每个标记的等位基因数在3~18个之间,平均为8.73个;有效等位基因数为1.5636~9.5163个,平均为4.2384个;观察杂合度为0.3276~0.9138,平均为0.6563;期望杂合度为0.3636~0.9027,平均为0.7170;多态信息含量为0.330~0.886,平均为0.6764,属于高度多态性。揭示勒通绵羊具有丰富的多样性,有进一步挖掘利用的价值。In order to evaluate the genetic diversity of the resource population of Letong sheep,allele typing of 30 microsatellite markers located on sheep chromosomes was performed by capillary gel electrophoresis.The results showed that 30 microsatellite markers have a total of 262 alleles,and the number of alleles for each marker ranges from 3 to 18,with an average of 8.73;the number of effective alleles ranges from 1.5636 to 9.5163,averaging 4.2384;the observed heterozygosity is 0.3276~0.9138,averaging 0.6563;the expected heterozygosity is 0.3636~0.9027,averaging 0.7170;the polymorphic information content is 0.330~0.886,averaging 0.6764,which is highly polymorphic.It is revealed that the Letong sheep has rich diversity and the value of further exploration and utilization.
