摘  要:在数字科技的快速发展下,通过智慧城市建设实现城市治理、经济发展与社会服务的高效协同,以提升城市应对各种挑战的能力变得尤为重要。以2011-2021年全国102个智慧城市的面板数据为研究对象,采用耦合协调模型、Dagum基尼系数、核密度等方法考察数字科技与智慧城市耦合协调发展的现状及差异。研究结果显示:东部、中部地区城市的耦合协调效果较好,西部地区相对较差;从全国范围来看,数字科技与智慧城市耦合协调发展水平的总体差异呈下降趋势,其中西部地区耦合协调水平差异较大;高协调度城市与低协调度城市之间的差距逐渐缩小,且西部地区耦合协调水平具有明显的两极分化趋势。基于此,提出跨区域建立协同创新系统,完善数字科技与智慧城市耦合协调发展的检测与评估体系,以期实现我国数字科技与智慧城市耦合协调发展,进而促进我国城市的数字化和可持续发展。With the rapid development of digital technology,it has become particularly important to achieve efficient collaboration between urban governance,economic development,and social services through the construction of smart cities,in order to enhance the ability of cities to respond to various challenges.Taking the panel data of 102 smart cities in China from 2011-2021 as the research object,this paper uses the coupling coordination model,Dagum Gini coefficient,nuclear density and other methods to reveal the status quo and differences of the coupling and coordinated development of digital technology and smart cities.The research results show that the coupling and coordination effect of cities in the eastern and central regions is relatively good,while the western region is relatively poor;From a national perspective,the overall difference in the level of coordinated development between digital technology and smart cities is showing a downward trend,with significant differences in the level of coordinated development in the western region;The gap between high coordination cities and low coordination cities is gradually narrowing,and there is a clear polarization trend in the coupling and coordination level in the western region.Based on this,it is proposed to establish a cross regional collaborative innovation system,improve corresponding detection and evaluation mechanisms,in order to achieve the coordinated development of digital technology and smart cities in China,and promote the digitalization and sustainable development of Chinese cities.
