摘  要:主要对交流无刷励磁同步电动机的主要结构、励磁系统、同步电机的启动做了介绍,对常见的励磁故障的表征和判断做了说明。同步电动机在启动、运行、停机过程中有多种运行方式、在其运转过程中除了电机本身和配套的励磁机和静止励磁装置(励磁柜)之外还需要配套启动装置、以及电源配电及保护装置、电机运行所需的油系统、冷却系统、顶升系统、振动检测系统等多个辅助系统,这些子系统在电机的启、运、停的全过程需要各设备的相互配合才能顺利运转。是一个比较复杂的系统、包括机械结构也与异步电机有一定区别,同步电机的使用和维护以及故障分析还需要引起使用者的重视。Taking the common industrial synchronous motor as a research object,this paper chiefly introduces the main structure and excitation system of AC brushless excitation synchronous motor and the starting of synchronous motor,and explains the common excitation fault characterization and judgment.The synchronous motor has a variety of operation modes in the processes of starting,running and stopping.In addition to the motor itself,supporting exciter and static excitation device(excitation cabinet),it also needs the supporting starting device and power distribution and protection device as well as other auxiliary systems required for motor operation such as oil system,cooling system,jacking system and vibration detection system.These subsystems need to cooperate with each other to run smoothly in the whole process of motor starting,running and stopping.They are the more complex systems different from that of asynchronous motor in mechanical structure.The use,maintenance and fault analysis of synchronous motor also need to be paid attention by users.
