摘  要:带式输送机凭借其长距离运输能力、易于维护的特点及平稳的操作性能,广泛应用于煤炭、电力等行业中。带式输送机采用隔爆型外转子永磁电机结构,相比传统异步电机,实现了15%~20%的能耗降低。这对电机的设计提出了更高要求,特别是电机轴、外壳的强度以及散热性能。现深入探讨了转子筒体强度、轴强度、隔爆外壳静力学以及电机温度场进行分析,旨在通过科学分析与仿真,为带式输送机的绿色、高效应用提供可靠的技术支持。The belt conveyors are widely used in coal,electric power and other industries due to their long-distance transportation capacity,convenient-maintenance characteristic and smooth-operation performance.It adopts the structure of flameproof outer-rotor permanent magnet motor,which can reduce energy consumption by 15%~20%compared with that of traditional induction motor.Thus the design of the motor is put forward higher requirements,especially the shaft and housing strengthes as well as the heat dissipation performance.This paper deeply discusses the rotor barrel strength,shaft strength and flameproof housing statics,and analyzes the temperature field of the motor.It aims at providing reliable technical support for green and high-efficiency application of belt conveyor based on scientific analysis and simulation.
