药师干预对慢性心房颤动患者华法林抗凝治疗效果的影响及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨药师干预对慢性心房颤动患者华法林抗凝治疗效果的影响及安全性。方法 选取2022年10月至2023年10月在福清市第二医院接受华法林抗凝治疗的慢性心房颤动患者90例作为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为对照组、药师干预组,各45例。对照组患者接受常规干预,药师干预组患者在对照组基础上加入药师干预。干预3月后,对比两组患者的抗凝疗效、用药依从性、不合理用药情况、不良反应发生情况的差异。结果 干预后,药师干预组患者的国际标准化比值(INR)达标比例高于对照组(P <0.05)。药师干预组患者的中文修订版Morisliy服药依从性量表(MMAS-8)均值高于对照组(P <0.05)。药师干预组患者的不合理用药比例、不良反应发生率低于对照组患者(P <0.05)。结论 药师干预应用于慢性心房颤动服用华法林治疗患者中,可有效提升抗凝效果,并增加患者的合理用药依从性,减少不合理用药比例及不良反应的发生。Objective To investigate the effects of pharmacists'intervention on the efficacy and safety of warfarin anticoagulant therapy in patients with chronic atrial fibrillation.Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic atrial fibrillation who received warfarin anticoagulation treatment in the second hospital of fuqing city from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and pharmacist intervention group with 45 cases in each group by random number table method.Patients in the control group received routine intervention,and patients in the pharmacist intervention group were added with pharmacist intervention on the basis of the control group.After 3 months of intervention,the difference of anticoagulation efficacy,medication compliance,irrational drug use and adverse reactions between the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the proportion of patients in the pharmacists'intervention group reaching the International standardized ratio(INR)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The mean value of the chinese revised morisliy medication compliance scale(MMAS-8)in the pharmacist intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of irrational drug use and the incidence of adverse reactions in pharmacists intervention group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pharmacists'intervention in patients with chronic atrial fibrillation treated with warfarin can effectively improve the anticoagulation effect,increase the patients'compliance with rational drug use,and reduce the proportion of irrational drug use and adverse reactions.
