全科护理在基层医院护理的应用效果及对护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探究全科护理在基层医院护理中的应用效果与患者满意度。方法选取2021年6月至2023年6月福建省地质医院(福建省华侨医院)收治的88例患者,采用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组采取基础护理(44例),研究组采取全科护理(44例),对比两组的护理质量评分、满意度与不良事件发生率。结果研究组的健康宣教评分(21.35±1.21)分、基础护理评分(20.68±2.11)分、服务态度评分(22.05±1.34)分、安全管理评分(20.34±2.06)分,均高于对照组(17.66±2.03)分、(16.57±3.22)分、(18.66±1.67)分、(15.26±2.69)分(P<0.05)。研究组的总满意度为97.73%,高于对照组的81.82%(P<0.05)。研究组出现护患纠纷、意外事件的概率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论在基层医院护理中,全科护理模式的应用有助于和谐护患关系构建,有效降低医疗纠纷发生率,保障护理安全,提升患者的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect and patient satisfaction of general nursing in grassroots hospital nursing.Methods Selecting 88 patients admitted to Fujian Geological Hospital(Fujian Overseas Chinese Hospital)from June 2021 to June 2023,using the random number table method for grouping,the control group take basic nursing(44 cases),the study group take general nursing(44 cases),compare the nursing quality score,satisfaction and incidence of adverse events of the two groups.Results The study group had health mission score(21.35±1.21),basic nursing score(20.68±2.11),service attitude score(22.05±1.34),safety management score(20.34±2.06),all were higher than those of the control group(17.66±2.03),(16.57±3.22),(18.66±1.67),(15.26±2.69)(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group reached 97.73%,was higher than that of the control group(81.82%),P<0.05.The probability of nurse-patient disputes and accident of the study group were lower than that of the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusions In grassroots hospital nursing,the application of the general nursing model helps to build a harmonious nurse patient relationship,effectively reduce the incidence of medical disputes,ensure nursing safety,and improve patient satisfaction.
