早期预警联合全程风险评估在精神科住院患者护理管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的对精神病住院患者实施早期预警联合全程风险评估,明确其护理效果。方法研究对象以130例于2022年11月至2023年11月住院女性患者为主,按照护理方式分组,各65例。对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组选择早期预警联合全程风险评估。比较两组患者护理管理质量评分、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)、风险事件发生率及家属满意度。结果观察组和对照组相比,护理管理质量中的基础护理、安全管理、行为规范、护患沟通评分更高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组生活质量中的躯体功能、心理活动、社会能力、物质生活状态评分更高(P<0.05)。相比风险事件总发生率,观察组低于对照组(χ^(2)=11.880,P<0.05)。观察组家属满意度中的护理技术熟练、病区环境整洁、风险意识及时、健康宣教全面评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对精神病住院患者实施早期预警联合全程风险评估,提高生活水准,控制不良事件发生,增加家属满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of early warning combined with whole-process risk assessment in psychiatric inpatient nursing management.Methods A total of 130 female inpatients were selected from November 2022 to November 2023,according to the way of nursing,the patients were divided into 65 cases.The control group was managed with routine nursing,and the observation group chose early warning combined with whole-process risk assessment.The quality of care management score,Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74),incidence of risk events and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of basic nursing,safety management,behavioral norms and nurse-patient communication were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group scores of physical function,mental activity,social ability and material living status in the quality of life were higher(P<0.05).Compared with the total incidence of risk events,the observation group was lower than the control group(χ^(2)=11.880,P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Implementing early warning and whole-process risk management for hospitalized psychiatric patients,improving living standards,controlling adverse events,and increasing family satisfaction.
