FTS理念下的手术室护理对胆囊切除术患者的术后康复的影响

摘　　要：目的分析基于快速康复外科(FTS)理念下的手术室护理对胆囊切除术患者的术后康复影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月我院的80例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者,随机分为FTS组(40例,采用FTS理念下的手术室护理)和常规护理组(40例,采用常规手术室护理),对两组腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者恢复时间、心率波动幅度、平均动脉压波动幅度、焦虑自评量表(SAS)改善情况、抑郁自评量表(SDS)改善情况以及并发症(阻塞性黄斑、胆漏、内脏损伤、电灼伤)发生率进行对比。结果FTS组腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者恢复时间短于常规护理组(P<0.05),平均动脉压、心率波动幅度低于常规护理组(P<0.05),且FTS组不良心理评分低于常规护理组(P<0.05),阻塞性黄斑、胆漏、内脏损伤等并发症发生率低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中实施FTS理念下的手术室护理具有良好的应用效果,能加速患者术后康复,降低体征波动和负性情绪,减少并发症发生。Objective To analyze the influence of operating room nursing based on the concept of fast track surgery(FTS)on postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing cholecystectomy.Methods Eighty patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into FTS group(40 cases,operating room nursing under FTS concept)and routine nursing group(40 cases,routine operating room nursing).The recovery time,heart rate,mean arterial pressure,as well as improvements in adverse psychological conditions measured by the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),and the incidence of complications(obstructive jaundice,bile leakage,visceral injury,electrical burn)were compared between the two groups of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Results The recovery time of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients in the FTS group was shorter than that in the routine nursing group(P<0.05),the fluctuation range of mean arterial pressure,heart rate and other characteristics was lower than that in the routine nursing group(P<0.05),and the adverse psychological score in the FTS group was lower than that in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as obstructive macula,bile leakage and visceral injury of FTS group were lower than that of routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusions The operation room nursing under the FTS concept has a good application effect in the patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,which can accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation of patients,reduce the fluctuation of signs and negative emotions,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
