二甲双胍联合沙格列汀治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 分析二甲双胍联合沙格列汀治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法 本次临床研究的样本对象为118例2型糖尿病患者,所有患者均在2021年5月至2023年9月来我院接受相关治疗。按照随机数字表法将其平均分为常规用药组(单独二甲双胍治疗)、联合用药组(二甲双胍联合沙格列汀治疗),每组59例。比较两组患者治疗前后的血糖水平、血脂水平及用药期间的不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后,联合用药组患者的FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、TG、TC、LDL-C水平低于常规用药组(P <0.05)。两组患者用药期间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 采取二甲双胍联合沙格列汀对2型糖尿病患者进行干预能够显著改善患者的血糖、血脂水平,且不良反应发生率较低。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of metformin and saxagliptin in type 2 diabetes.Methods The sample object of this clinical study was 118 patients with type 2 diabetes,and all patients came to our hospital for relevant treatment from May 2021 to September 2023.They were equally divided up according to the random number table,namely,conventional group(metformin alone)and combination group(metformin and saxagliptin),with 59 patients in each group.Before and after treatment,the blood glucose level,blood lipid level,islet function,inflammatory factor level and the incidence of adverse reactions during medication were compared.Results There were no significant differences in blood glucose level,and lipid profile before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c,TG,TC and LDL-C in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The intervention of metformin combined with saxagliptin in type 2 diabetes patients can significantly improve the level of blood glucose and lipid,with less adverse reactions.
