预防接种门诊安全注射的难点及措施分析

摘　　要：目的探究儿童预防接种安全注射的难点并提出针对性的干预措施。方法选择2021年1月至2021年5月在我院接种预防的98例儿童作为对照组,2022年1月至2022年5月在我院接种预防的98例儿童作为观察组,分析儿童预防接种安全注射的难点及应对措施。结果观察组中儿童实施预防接种安全注射措施,儿童在预防接种后的0~3 d内注射局部红肿硬结率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组儿童家长对接种服务满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组实施接种人员被针头刺伤误伤率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论实施安全注射措施可以有效提高接种安全性和接种服务的满意度,效果良好。Objective To explore the difficulties of safe injection in children's preventive vaccination and to propose targeted intervention measures.Methods Ninety-eight cases of children vaccinated in our hospital from January 2021 to May 2021 were used as control group,98 cases of children vaccinated in our hospital from January 2022 to May 2022 were used as observation group,and the difficulties and countermeasures of safe injection of children were analyzed.Results The incidence of local redness,swelling and induration within 0-3 days after inoculation of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of children's parents in observation group on vaccination service was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of needle stab injury between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The implementation of safe injection measures can effectively improve the safety of vaccination and the satisfaction of vaccination service,and the effect is good.
