辨证施膳在产妇产后的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析对产后缺乳的产妇在护理过程中实施辨证施膳干预的应用效果。方法抽取2022年7月至2023年6月在我院分娩,并于产后出现缺乳症状的产妇200例,以随机信封法分组,接受妇产科常规产后护理干预的100例产妇为对照组,在此基础上增加辨证施膳干预的100例产妇为观察组。对比两组缺乳症状改善有效率、泌乳情况(泌乳量、乳汁黏度、乳房充盈度、乳汁瘀积程度)、护理的满意度。结果观察组产妇增加辨证施膳干预后缺乳症状改善有效率高于对照组产妇(P<0.05)。干预前,观察组与对照组产妇各项泌乳指标评分结果对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组产妇各项泌乳指标评分结果均比对照组产妇低(P<0.05)。观察组产妇对护理的满意度高达98.00%(98/100),高于对照组的88.00%(P<0.05)。结论在产妇产后护理过程中增加应用辨证施膳护理干预可有效改善产妇产后缺乳的情况,并可提高产妇对护理的满意度,具有较高应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of dialectical dietary intervention on puerpera with postpartum hypogalactia in the process of nursing.Methods From July 2022 to June 2023 in our hospital during childbirth,and maternal milk deficiency symptoms of 200 cases of maternal,grouped in a random envelope method,accept general obstetrics and gynecology,100 cases of maternal postpartum care intervention for the control group,on the basis of increasing the dialectical diet 100 maternal board intervention to observe group.Comparison indicators included the improvement rate of hypogalactia symptoms,the improvement of lactation(lactation volume,milk viscosity,breast fullness,degree of milk stasis),and satisfaction with nursing.Results The improvement rate of hypogalactia symptoms in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of lactation indicators between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After intervention,the lactation index scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group maternal satisfaction of nursing is as high as 98.00%(98/100),higher than control group 88.00%(P<0.05).Conclusions The increase in the process of maternal postpartum care application dialectical food nursing intervention can effectively improve the condition of maternal postpartum hypogalactia,and satisfaction with nursing care can improve the maternal,has higher application value.
