中药疗法联合医用弹力袜干预对下肢静脉曲张射频消融术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的分析中药疗法联合医用弹力袜干预对下肢静脉曲张射频消融术患者的影响。方法通过随机数表法将2021年3月至2023年2月本中心收治的80例预行下肢静脉曲张射频消融术的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,予以对照组常规穿戴医用二级弹力袜,予以观察组中西医结合治疗,在对照组基础上给予补阳还五汤加减冲服。比较干预前后静脉曲张患者疼痛评分、生活质量以及术后并发症情况。结果术后对照组及观察组患者的慢性静脉功能不全生活质量问卷(CIVIQ-14)得分、静脉临床严重程度评分(VCSS)得分、疼痛视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)得分及中医症候积分与术前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组患者均获得较好的预后;与对照组相比,中西医结合治疗的观察组CIVIQ-14得分、VAS得分、VCSS得分及中医症候积分也进一步得到提高(P<0.05)。结论在医用弹力袜联合下肢静脉曲张射频消融术的基础上应用中药联合治疗明显提高了患者的生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)combined with medical elastic stockings on patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation of varicose veins of lower extremities.Methods A total of 80 patients with lower extremity varices undergoing radiofrequency ablation from March 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method.The control group routinely wore second-class medical elastic socks,and the observation group was given modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The pain score,quality of life,and postoperative complications of varicose veins were compared before and after the intervention.Results The CIVIQ-14 score,VCSS score,VAS score,and TCM symptom score of the control group and observation group were significantly different from those before surgery(P<0.05),and both groups had a better prognosis.Compared with the control group,CIVIQ-14 scores,VAS scores,VCSS scores,and TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were further improved(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of medical elastic socks combined with radiofr-equency ablation of lower extremity varicose veins,the combined treatment of Chinese medicine can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
