摘  要:了解驱动群落演替的因素是微生物生态学的中心目标之一,非生物环境因子影响着单个种群的生长及种群之间的相互作用。微生物群落非常敏感,很容易对作为干扰的非生物环境因子的变化产生响应。研究不同类型的干扰如何产生不同的影响,将增强对微生物群落多样性、结构和功能之间关系的认识。以作用对象为分类标准,梳理了各种非生物环境因子干扰对微生物群落演替的影响研究,包括非特异性、特异性及航天等特殊环境下的非生物环境因子。从干扰程度的量化、多因素干扰影响及干扰后演替的时间过程等方面,得出研究干扰下群落多样性演替机制的关键问题。展望了未来需要探索的方向,并提出相关研究建议。It is one of the main goals of microbial ecology to understand factors that drive the succession of communities.Abiotic environmental factors affect the growth of populations and the interactions between them.Microbial communities are very sensitive and can easily respond to changes in abiotic environmental factors as the disturbance.Studying the influence of different types of disturbance will enhance the understanding of the relationship among diversity,structure,and function of the microbial community.With the action subject as the classification criteria,the influence of various abiotic environmental factors on the succession of microbial communities was sorted out,including abiotic environmental factors in non-specific,specific,and special(e.g.space)environments.Although studies have been conducted on the succession of microbial communities in various forms due to disturbance,there is still a long way to go for related exploration.The quantification,multi-factor effect of disturbance,and the time course of succession have yet to be studied enough.
