摘 要:激波风洞中的膜片破裂过程影响风洞流场的建立及品质,对于膜片破裂过程的研究也是脉冲型设备设计的关键。FL-63风洞是一座面向马赫数3.0~10.0宽速域气动热研究的脉冲型组合式高焓风洞。根据FL-63风洞在激波模式下管径粗和路德维希(Ludwieg)管模式下温度高的特性,风洞中使用的膜片为大口径且在部分运行条件下处于高温环境。本文针对高压段和低压段间的第一道膜片,研究了其在常温和高温条件下的破裂情况,给出了膜片破裂过程的三维显示,比较了膜片在不同几何参数、不同压比和不同温度下的破裂效果。研究结果表明,刻痕深度和温度是影响膜片破裂和耐压能力的主要因素,选择厚度为2mm、刻槽深度为1.2mm的膜片能够满足风洞运行的需求,且高温膜片比常温膜片的破裂时间要短。The diaphragm rupture process in a shock tube affects the establishment of the flow field in a wind tunnel.The research on the diaphragm rupture process is also an important field in hypersonic technology.FL-63 wind tunnel is a pulse type combined high enthalpy wind tunnel for aero-thermal research in the Mach number 3.0~10.0 full speed range.According to the characteristics of thick pipe diameter in FL-63 wind tunnel in shock mode and high temperature in Ludwieg tube mode,the diaphragm used in the wind tunnel is of large diameter and in high temperature environment under partial operating conditions.In this paper,the rupture of the first diaphragm between the high-pressure and low-pressure sections is studied at room temperature and high temperature,and the three-dimensional display of the diaphragm rupture process is given.The rupture effects of the diaphragm under different geometrical parameters,different pressure ratios and different temperatures are compared.The research shows that the notch depth and temperature are the key factors affecting the rupture and pressure resistance of the diaphragm.The diaphragm with thickness of 2mm and notch of 1.2mm can meet the requirements of wind tunnel operation,and the rupture time of the high-temperature diaphragm is shorter than that of the normal temperature diaphragm.
