摘  要:为解决沿空掘巷大煤柱资源浪费、小煤柱护巷困难的难题,以宏能煤业花草滩煤矿2104工作面为工程背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟与工程实践相结合的研究方法,对倾斜煤层开采扰动下小煤柱的合理宽度进行研究,给出梯形巷道沿空掘进高强复合加固支护方案。结果表明:基于岩体极限平衡理论得出煤柱宽度计算公式,并根据矿井实际数据得出煤柱宽度应大于3.35 m;巷道开挖后,侧向支承应力峰值会运移至煤体深部,其位置会随着煤柱宽度的增加而逐渐远离采空区,煤柱垂直应力峰值会随着煤柱宽度呈现先增加后减小,最终逐渐稳定的趋势;留设煤柱宽度为5 m时,巷道变形稳定,变形量小,煤柱承受的围岩应力减小,煤柱中心无塑性区贯通。现场实践表明,留设5 m煤柱,在采动影响段巷道采用“对穿锚索双向固定+一梁三柱补强支护”的方案,在沿空掘巷段布置穿层锚索深部锚固的支护方案,沿空梯形巷道变形较小,可满足安全生产的需要,经济效益显著。In order to solve the problem of waste of large coal pillar resources and difficult protection of small coal pillar in gob-side entry driving,taking the 2104 working face of Huacaotan Coal Mine of Hongneng Coal Industry as the engineering background,the reasonable width of small coal pillars under the disturbance of inclined thin coal seam mining was studied using the research methods of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and engineering practice,and the high-strength composite reinforcement support scheme for gob-side entry driving in trapezoidal roadway was given.The results show that the calculation formula of coal pillar width is obtained based on the limit equilibrium theory of rock mass,and the coal pillar width should be greater than 3.35 m according to the actual data of the mine.After the excavation of the roadway,the peak value of the lateral abutment stress will migrate to the deep part of the coal body,and its position will gradually move away from the goaf with the increase of the width of the coal pillar.The peak value of the vertical stress of the coal pillar will increase first and then decrease with the width of the coal pillar,and finally gradually stabilize.When the width of the coal pillar is 5 m,the deformation of the roadway is stable,the deformation is small,the stress of the surrounding rock of the coal pillar is reduced,and there is no plastic zone in the center of the coal pillar.The field practice shows that the deformation of the trapezoidal roadway along the goaf is small by setting 5 cm coal pillar,adopting the method of“two-way fixation of the crossing anchor cable+one beam and three column reinforcement support”in the mining influence section of the roadway,and arranging the support method of deep anchoring of the crossing anchor cable in the gob-side entry driving section,which meets the needs of safe production and has significant economic benefits.
