摘 要:为系统研究气液两相喷雾雾化参数对综掘工作面呼吸性粉尘降尘效果的影响,以陕北某煤矿42207辅运巷道掘进工作面为原型,建立了单一压入式通风条件下掘进工作面喷雾降尘几何模型,采用数值模拟方法系统分析了雾滴喷射速度、雾滴粒径、雾滴密度对司机呼吸带高度处呼吸性粉尘降尘效果的影响。研究结果表明:在雾滴粒径为5×10^(-6)m、喷嘴质量流率为0.005 kg/s的条件下,随着雾滴喷射速度的增大,粉尘质量浓度呈现先增加后减小的趋势,当雾滴喷射速度为30 m/s时,司机呼吸带高度处粉尘质量浓度由无喷雾状态下的1000 mg/m^(3)降至168 mg/m^(3),降尘效率为83.2%,降尘效果较好;在喷嘴质量流率为0.005 kg/s、雾滴喷射速度为30 m/s的条件下,当雾滴粒径为9×10^(-7)m时,降尘效果较好,粉尘质量浓度降至148 mg/m^(3),降尘效率达到85.1%;在雾滴喷射速度为30 m/s、粒径为9×10^(-7)m、喷嘴质量流率为0.02 kg/s的条件下,粉尘质量浓度降至102 mg/m^(3),降尘效率达到89.8%。研究成果可为井下掘进工作面气液两相喷雾降尘系统优化提供参考。In order to systematically study the influence of atomization parameters of gas-liquid two-phase spray on the dust reduction effect of respirable dust in the fully mechanized excavation face,taking the excavation face of the 42207 auxiliary roadway of a coal mine in northern Shaanxi as the prototype,a geometric model of spray dust reduction in the excavation face under the condition of single press-in ventilation was established.The effects of droplet spraying speed,droplet size and droplet density on the dust reduction effect of respirable dust at the height of the driver's breathing zone were systematically analyzed by numerical simulation methods.The results show that under the condition that the droplet size is 5×10^(-6)m and the mass flow rate of nozzle is 0.005 kg/s,the dust mass concentration increases first and then decreases with the increase of droplet spraying speed.When the droplet spraying speed is 30 m/s,the dust mass concentration at the height of the driver's breathing zone decreases from 1000 mg/m^(3) in the non-spray state to 168 mg/m^(3),the dust reduction efficiency is 83.2%,and the dust reduction effect is better.Under the conditions of mass flow rate of nozzle of 0.005 kg/s and droplet spraying speed of 30 m/s,when the droplet size is 9×10^(-7)m,the dust mass concentration is reduced to 148 mg/m^(3),the dust reduction efficiency reaches 85.1%,and the dust reduction effect is better.When the droplet spraying speed is 30 m/s,the droplet size is 9×10^(-7)m,and the nozzle mass flow rate is 0.02 kg/s,the dust mass concentration decreases to 102 mg/m^(3),and the dust reduction efficiency reaches 89.8%.The research results can provide a reference for the optimization of the gas-liquid two-phase spray dust reduction system in the downhole excavation face.
