摘 要:为降低煤泥浮选粒度上限,减少入浮煤泥量,设计了一种上溢流为细粒级、侧溢流为中间粒级、底流为粗颗粒的梭形三产品旋流器。以-1 mm煤泥为研究对象,对梭形三产品旋流器和普通旋流器的分级性能进行了对比试验,并对其内部流场进行了数值模拟研究。试验结果表明:梭形三产品旋流器侧溢流中的粗颗粒灰分可达到精煤灰分要求,底流口直径为16 mm时,总溢流占比为19.05%,合计灰分为8.67%;梭形三产品旋流器具有分级精细、可直接分离出粗粒精煤的特点,用作浮选入料前的分级,可减少浮选入料量,降低生产成本;与普通旋流器相比,梭形三产品旋流器上溢流中+0.25 mm粗粒级分配率减少了4.13个百分点,底流侧溢流中-0.074 mm细粒级分配率减少了11个百分点,旋流器溢流跑粗、底流夹细得到了明显减少。流场模拟结果表明:梭形三产品旋流器下锥体区域零速包络面外移,筒体区域零速包络面内迁,这是减少底流细泥夹带、溢流跑粗的根本原因。In order to reduce the upper limit of coal slurry flotation particle size and reduce the amount of floating coal slurry,a shuttle-shaped three-product cyclone with the upper overflow for fine-grained,the side overflow for intermediate-grained and the bottom flow for coarse-grained was designed.Taking the coal slurry below 1 mm as the research object,the classification performance of the shuttle-shaped three-product cyclone and the ordinary cyclone was compared,and the internal flow field was numerically simulated.The results show that the ash of coarse particle in the side overflow of the shuttle-shaped three-product cyclone can meet the requirements of fine coal ash.When the diameter of the underflow port is 16 mm,the total overflow ratio is 19.05%,and the total ash is 8.67%.The shuttle-shaped three-product cyclone has the characteristics of fine classification and direct separation of coarse particle fine coal.It can be used as the classification before flotation feed,which can reduce the flotation feed amount and reduce the production cost.Compared with the ordinary cyclone,the distribution rate of coarse particles above 0.25 mm in the overflow of the shuttle-shaped three-product cyclone is reduced by 4.13 percentage points,and the distribution rate of fine particles below 0.074 mm in the underflow side overflow is reduced by 11 percentage points.The coarseness of the overflow and the fineness of the underflow are obviously reduced.The simulation results of the flow field show that the zero-speed envelope surface of the lower cone area of the shuttle-shaped three-product cyclone moves outward,and the zero-speed envelope surface of the cylinder area moves inward,which is the fundamental reason for reducing the entrainment of fine mud in the underflow and the overflow run rough.
