摘  要:为提高浮选柱的分选效果,在浮选柱上同时布置了上升、切向进料管,形成上升流与旋转流相结合的浮选柱。采用分批浮选方式,分别进行了上升、切向和上升+切向3种进料方向下的浮选试验,并采用ANSYS FLUENT软件,对不同进料方向下浮选柱内的流场特性进行了模拟。结果表明,在相同试验条件下,上升进料浮选的精煤灰分低、选择性好,切向进料浮选的尾煤灰分可达71.66%,浮选回收率高;仅上升进料下浮选柱内产生涡流,矿浆吸取内筒的存在使浮选柱底部产生上升流;浮选柱内存在涡流、柱上段低湍流强度是上升进料方向下选择性好的主要原因;浮选柱底部由锥体与吸取内筒组成的类似于水介旋流器结构的重选作用是切向进料和上升+切向进料下尾煤灰分高的主要原因。In order to improve the separation effect of the flotation column,the upward and tangential feeding pipe were arranged on the flotation column synchronously to form a flotation column combining the upward flow and rotating flow.By batch flotation mode,the flotation tests were carried out in three feeding directions,namely,upward,tangential and combined upward+tangential.The flow field characteristics in the flotation column under different feeding directions were simulated by using ANSYS FLUENT software.The results show that under the same test conditions,the upward feeding flotation has low ash content and good selectivity for the fine coal,and the tangential feeding flotation has ash content of 71.66%and high flotation recovery for the tail coal.The vortex is generated in the flotation column only under the upward feeding,and the existence of the slurry sucking inner cylinder generates the upward flow at the bottom of the flotation column.The existence of eddy currents in the flotation column and the low turbulence intensity in the upper section of the column are the main reasons for the good selectivity in the direction of upward feeding.The re-selection effect of the cone and the sucking inner cy-linder at the bottom of the column,which is similar to the structure of the water-only cyclone,is the main reason for the high ash content of tail coal under the feeding in tangential direction and combined upward+tangential direction.
