摘 要:为推动“碳达峰、碳中和”目标的进程和践行固废资源化利用的理念,铁尾矿资源再利用成为亟需解决的关键问题之一。基于铁尾矿与天然砂的成分相似性,开展了铁尾矿资源材料化研究,详细介绍了现有铁尾矿制备混凝土、陶瓷材料、保温隔热材料、免烧砖、微晶玻璃、涂料等矿物材料的技术方法和工艺流程,深入分析并阐述了铁尾矿制备不同类型复合矿物材料的优异性和应用价值。结果表明,铁尾矿制备矿物材料的研究未来可着眼于以下研究方向:(1)建设完善铁尾矿深加工处理体系;(2)探索铁尾矿材料化新技术、新方法;(3)探究活性纤维在尾矿材料化中的作用机理;(4)建立铁尾矿性质与利用技术匹配信息系统及参数优化模型。研究成果可为铁尾矿材料化利用提供有效实现途径,促进铁尾矿的高效资源化利用,实现经济价值和社会效益的有机统一。In order to promote the process of“emission peak and carbon neutrality”and practice the concept of solid waste resource utilization,the reuse of iron tailings resources has become one of the key issues that need to be solved urgently.Based on the similarity of iron tailings and natural sand composition,the research on the materialization of iron tailings resources was carried out.The technical methods and technological processes of preparing concrete,ceramic materials,thermal insulation materials,unfired bricks,glass-ceramics,coatings and other mineral materials by iron tailings were introduced in detail.The superiority and application value of different types of composite mineral materials prepared by iron tailings were analyzed and expounded.The results show that the future research on the preparation of mineral materials from iron tailings can focus on the following research directions.Firstly,construction and improvement of deep processing system of iron tailings.Secondly,exploration of new technology and new method of iron tailings materialization.Thirdly,study on the mechanism of active fiber in tailings materialization.Fourthly,establishment of matching information system and parameter optimization model for iron tailings properties and utilization technology.The research results can provide an effective way to realize the material utilization of iron tailings,promote the efficient resource utilization of iron tailings,and realize the organic unity of economic value and social benefit.
