关于县级志书篇幅控制问题的若干思考——以山西省首轮及二轮县级志书为例

摘　　要：县级志书篇幅冗长会影响志书的权威性和专业性。导致县志篇幅冗长的原因主要是对志书认识的误区、志书篇目设置不合理、对资料取舍加工不当等。从借鉴旧志、篇目设置、资料加工处理、制定标准四个方面入手实现突出重点与篇幅控制相结合,是县级地方志书的转型发展、高质量发展的重要路径,也可为即将启动编纂的第三轮修志提供一些借鉴参考。Lengthiness in county-level local records will affect the authoritativeness and professionalism of local records.Causes of lengthiness in county-level local records mainly include misunderstandings of local records,illogical setup of local records chapters and sections,and improper selection and processing of reference materials.Starting from four aspects that include drawing lessons from old local records,chapters and sections setup,processing of reference materials,and making up standards to realize the combination of highlighting important points and controlling the length,is an important path for transformational and high-quality development of county-level local records,which could also provide references for the third-round local records compilation soon to be started.
