摘  要:近年来消费者对产品多样化以及配送时效性提出了更高要求,而传统供应链模式中大型企业设置前置仓的方式无法适用于个性化定制的产品,如何更快响应顾客的个性化需求成为亟待解决的难题。3D打印作为一种日渐成熟的新兴技术,为定制化产品在供应链中的生产配送问题提供了新的解决途径。本文旨在研究安装车载3D打印机的集成调度问题,即在“边打边送”模式下的生产与配送一体化联合决策问题。首先,考虑到3D打印机内设的批次打印特性,以顾客访问顺序与产品批次划分为基础建立了相应的混合整数规划模型。其次,在证明了顾客访问顺序与批次打印顺序最优关系的基础上,利用遗传算法对模型进行快速求解。最后,通过多组算例的数据结果验证了该算法的有效性以及批次打印模式的优势,并分析了顾客数量、分布半径和打印时间对配送时间产生的影响,以及“边打边送”模式下生产配送最优策略的相关管理学启示,为3D打印同步配送的实际应用提供了决策支持。In recent years,consumers have put forward higher requirements for product diversification and delivery timeliness.The traditional supply chain model of large enterprises in the way of setting up warehouses is not suitable for customized personalized products.How to respond to customers'personalized needs faster has become an urgent problem to be solved.As a mature and emerging technology,3D printing provides a new solution for the production and distribution of customized products in the supply chain.The integrated scheduling problem of installing an on-board 3D printer was studied.That is the joint decision problem of integrated production and distribution under the mode of"print and deliver".Firstly,considering the batch printing characteristics of 3D printers,the corresponding mathematical model of mixed integer programming was established based on customer access order and product batch division.Secondly,on the basis of verifying the optimal relationship between path access order and batch printing order,genetic algorithm was used to solve the model.Finally,the effectiveness of the algorithm and the advantages of batch printing mode were verified by the data results of several groups of examples,and the influence of the number of customers,distribution radius and printing time on the delivery time was analyzed.The management enlightenment under the"printing while delivering"strategy provides decision support for the practical application of 3D printing synchronous distribution.
