摘　　要：文章回顾了民国时期中药化学研究初始阶段之进程,分析了当时中药化学研究的特点和不足。根据中药化学的研究内容和研究方法,将其分为三个阶段:第一阶段为1911-1925年,是中药简单成分研究阶段;第二阶段为1926-1934年,是中药化学有机成分研究阶段;第三阶段为1935-1949年,是中药化学研究成果初现阶段。在这一时期,学者们利用现代化学技术对中药进行了深入研究,包括生物碱类、挥发油类、黄酮类、皂苷类等成分的分离和鉴定。虽然研究受到时代背景和科技水平的限制,但为中药化学的发展奠定了坚实基础。This article reviews the process of research on traditional Chinese medicine chemistry during the Republic of China era,and analyzes its characteristics and shortcomings at that time.According to the research content and methods of traditional Chinese medicine chemistry,it is divided into three stages:the first stage from 1911 to 1925 was the stage of studying simple components of traditional Chinese medicine;the second stage from 1926 to 1934 was the stage of studying organic components of traditional Chinese medicine chemistry;and the third stage from 1935 to 1949 was the stage of initial achievements in the study of traditional Chinese medicine chemistry.During this period,scholars conducted in-depth research on traditional Chinese medi-cine using modern chemical techniques,including the isolation and identification of components such as alkaloids,volatile oils,flavonoids and saponins.Although the research was limited by the historical context and technological level of the time,it laid a solid foundation for the development of traditional Chinese medicine chemistry.
