摘　　要：目的研究总结穴位注射疗法临床应用与发展现状,为临床治疗提供思路和依据。方法通过检索CNKI、Wanfang、VIP、SinoMed数据库,提取纳入文献的研究发表时间、疾病名称等进行文献分析。结果对纳入的4660篇文献分析,该领域发文量呈逐年下降趋势,发文量最多的地区为广东省;第一作者机构集中于综合性医院与中医医院,其中河南中医药大学发文最多;此领域科研基金资助论文占19.42%;《上海针灸杂志》为高被引论文刊载最多的期刊;穴位注射药物以单方西药制剂为主,出现频次最高为甲钴胺;穴位注射疗法治疗病症涉及17个临床分科,包含287种病症,共22种适宜病症,其中前十大病症依次为颈椎病、逆、面瘫、腰椎间盘突出、糖尿病周围神经病变、尿潴留、脑性瘫痪、呕吐、慢性阻塞性肺疾病;临床应用中,未出现严重不良反应,安全度高。结论穴位注射疗法已取得长足进展,但函需加强对此领域的推广宣教以及资金投入,注重临床应用与机制研究,制定严格规范的用药原则与治疗方案,安全合理的使用穴位注射疗法,同时积极开展多学科互作,拓宽穴位注射的应用。Objective To study and summarize the clinical application and development of acupoint injection therapy,and to pro-vide ideas and basis for clinical treatment.Methods CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and SinoMed databases were searched to extract the publication time and disease names of the included literatures,and conduct literature analysis.Results From the analysis of 4660 literatures included,the number of published papers in this field showed a decreasing trend year by year,and the largest number of published papers was in Guangdong Province.The first author institutions were concentrated in general hospitals and traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,among which Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine published the most papers.Research funds in this field accounted for 19.42%of the papers;Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion was the most cited jour-nal.Single-prescription Western medicine was the main drug for acupoint injection,and mecobalamine appeared most frequent-ly.Acupoint injection therapy involved 17 clinical subdepartments,including 287 kinds of diseases,a total of 22 suitable disea-ses,of which the top ten diseases were cervical spondylosis,hiccup,facial paralysis,lumbar disc herniation,diabetic peripheral neuropathy,urinary retention,cerebral palsy,vomiting,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease;In clinical application,there were no serious adverse reactions,and the safety was high.Conclusion Acupoint injection therapy has made great progress,but it is urgent to strengthen the promotion,education and capital investment in this field,pay attention to clinical application and mechanism research,formulate strict and standardized medication principles and treatment plans,and use acupoint injection ther-apy safely and rationally.At the same time,actively carry out multidisciplinary interaction to expand the application of acupoint injection.
