摘 要:本文通过一种简单可控的低温聚合法制备具有催化活性的三维网状聚苯胺包覆碳管(PANI@CNTs)复合物;利用界面自组装法将金纳米(AuNPs)点缀在PANI@CNTs表面以增强其导电性和催化活性,并以Nafion为溶剂,制备出Nafion-AuNPs-PANI@CNTs纳米复合膜,将此纳米复合膜修饰玻碳电极,并构建了一种新型的多巴胺(DA)电化学传感器。采用电化学方法考察了该纳米复合材料浓度和滴涂量及缓冲液pH对DA信号的影响。结果表明,该纳米复合材料对DA具有良好的电催化活性,且响应电流与DA浓度呈较好的线性关系,检测范围为1.0~1000μmol/L,检出限低至0.33μmol/L。该DA传感器具有稳定性高、重现性好和抗干扰性强等优点,可应用于人体血清样品中DA的检测。Three-dimensional reticulated polyaniline coated carbon nanotubes nanocomposites(PANI@CNTs)method with electrocatalytic activity were prepared by a simple and controllable low-temperature polymerization method,and gold nanoparticles were self-assembled on the surface of PANI@CNTs to enhance the electrical conductivity and catalytic activity.By using Nafion as solvent,glassy carbon electrode was modified with the asprepared Nafion-AuNPs-PANI@CNTs to construct a novel electrochemical sensor for dopamine(DA).We investigated nanocomposite concentrations,drops of nanocomposites,and the pH of the buffer on the electrochemical signal.The results indicated that the nanocomposites had a good catalytic effect on the electrochemical reaction of DA:There was a good linear relationship between the peak current and DA concentration in the range of 1.0-1000μmol/L,and the detection limit was 0.33μmol/L.The sensor has high stability,good reproducibility and strong anti-interference ability,and has been applied to human serum samples.
